Post-launch support covers bug fixes, minor UI adjustments, and deployment issues. Feature additions are scoped as new work. Business plan includes 1 month; Pro includes 3 months. After that, we offer flat-rate retainers or per-request pricing.
We share a working preview before final delivery. If the app doesn't match the agreed written scope, we fix it at no charge. We don't offer refunds after scope-approved delivery — but we've never had a dispute, because everything is written down upfront.
